Nie Ruiyun — Secretary of the CPC Committee of Jiluan College

Provides overall leadership for the work of the CPC Committee of Jiluan College and takes the lead in Party building, ideological and political education, and the development of the College.

Oversees Party building and organizational affairs.

Xiong Pengwen — Dean of Jiluan College

Provides overall leadership for the administrative affairs of Jiluan College and takes primary responsibility for the Office of the Teaching Management Committee for Undergraduate Top-Notch and Innovative Talent Development.

Oversees legal affairs and administrative supervision, personnel affairs, and student admissions.

Sun Dian — Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee (concurrently) of Jiluan College

Oversees ideological affairs, including cybersecurity; publicity and ideological work; discipline inspection; campus safety and security; united front work; student affairs; Youth League affairs; graduate employment; trade union affairs; confidentiality; and alumni relations.

Serves as the liaison for the Comprehensive Experimental Program.

Yu Shanshan — Vice Dean of Jiluan College

Assists the Dean in coordinating the University’s teaching administration for undergraduate top-notch and innovative talent development and in facilitating teaching collaboration with other schools and colleges.

Oversees teaching affairs and financial affairs, including budgeting and auditing.

Serves as the liaison for the Experimental Program in New Functional Materials and Technologies.

Liu Ying — Vice Dean of Jiluan College

Oversees the compilation of the College yearbook, archives management, procurement management, asset management—including property management—and international affairs.

Serves as the liaison for the Huang Kezhi Experimental Program in Fundamental Sciences and Engineering.

Yan Qiurong — Member of the CPC Committee of Jiluan College

Serves as the liaison for the AMEC Experimental Program.
